Batson Shipping Policy:
By default, Baton will ship FedEx ground with $100 insurance coverage. On request we will ship via FedEx air. We recommend you purchase additional shipping insurance for your package(s) worth over $100.00. In the event a customer opts out of purchasing additional insurance, BATSON ENTERPRISES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HANDLING THE CLAIM PROCESS.
Upon request we will ship via alternative carriers including UPS and USPS. However, Batson Enterprises will not handle the claim process in the event shipment was damaged, lost, or stolen when using carriers other than FedEx. If you want us to ship using an alternate carrier or use your own carrier account please provide your account number at time order is placed. We will add the declared value to shipments unless notified prior to shipping. Customer is responsible for handling any claims. Batson Enterprises will re-ship any damaged orders at customer’s expense upon request.

Batson Return/Refund Policy:
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from date of invoice without prior approval. You must contact customer service for a return authorization number (RMA). Returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued as credit on account, or applied as credit back to the original payment method.
